Team photos are scheduled for this practice. Please ensure players are in full game uniform, even if you are not purchasing photos, as we will be doing a group photo as well.

Team photos are scheduled for Tuesday, March 24th. 

Even if you are not ordering photos, please ensure your player is in their full game uniform, as we will be getting a group shot as well. 

Price will be confirmed after we confirm how many players and/or staff are taking photos, but the assumption is that the price will be based on having more than 12 people doing the photos. Payment will be sent to Bob to emt the photographer.

• Pricing (Taxes Included):

• $35.00 per athlete if 12 or more athletes participate in one timeslot.
• $40.25 per athlete if 8-11 athletes participate.
   

• Included in the Package:

• 2 professionally retouched individual digital images (choose from 6 poses).
• 1 team image available to everyone on the team
• Full print and share release.
• All lighting equipment, setup, and takedown.
   

• Payment Info:

• One invoice will be sent to the team contact after the session.
• Payment is to be made via one EMT transfer (usually collected from parents or team funds).
   

• What’s Needed After the Session:

• A spreadsheet with:

•            First and last names
•             Jersey numbers
•            One preferred email per player

• Must be submitted within 5 days following of the session to receive preview links.
   

• Optional Add-Ons added onto links for families (Taxes Included), not to be collected from families, this is just for reference:

• Additional images: $11.50 each
• Personalized trading cards: $28.75 for a set of 15
   

• If a Player Can’t Attend Practice:

• They can visit the studio for their individual set and be photoshopped into the team image.
• Please email the photographer ASAP to schedule a studio session. Please note this is only to be an option for critical situations of absence. 
   

• Turnaround Time:

• Preview links will be sent out in approximately 2-2.5 weeks.

• Parent Coach/Athlete Photos:

• Can be taken during the session if desired at no additional cost.  Images will be added to athletes' link as options. 
   

• Team Image Location:

• Taken on court
   

• Session Flow:

• Each athlete takes about 3.5-4 minutes to photograph.
• Someone familiar with the team should be present to help direct athletes.
• An team representative must be present in dressing room for all photography 
   

• Trading Cards Info:

• Available for all sports.
• Printed locally in bulk twice a month.
• Cards are mailed to athletes' homes or handed out if ordered as a team.
